What are my payment options?
Your estimated portion not covered by insurance is due on the day of your dental services. Estimates are determined by the information given to us by your insurance company. If the estimate differs from the actual reimbursement sent by the insurance, we may send you a statement. Southard Family Dentistry provides several different payment options.
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and CareCredit.

CareCredit is the nation's leading Patient Payment Plan. CareCredit has a plan to fit almost every budget, including no interest payment plans and extended payment plans.

What is your broken appointment policy?
We ask for a 48 hour notice for appointment cancellations. Your account may be charged a fee of $50 if we do not receive the 48 hour notice. This charge cannot be billed to your insurance company.
What about my insurance?
As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly submit your insurance claim to help you obtain the maximum benefit from your insurance provider. Southard Family Dentistry is networked with Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Delta Dental and Metlife. We also accept and file on all private insurance. We also file on secondary insurances.
What if I have a dental emergency?
In case of an emergency, please call us as soon as the emergency arises. We will do our best to work you in on the same day. If the emergency arises after office hours, please call 870.932.7000 for further instructions. We will also accommodate new patients who are having emergency issues. We do require emergency patients pay for services at the time of visit.
